I am super bummed to say that I couldn't get my cars ready in time for this month either. Every time I thought I'd have some time, something came up to keep me from the shop. I could have sent unprepped cars from NPWDRL, but I'm on the road for work and didn't have a chance to ship.
Was talking to a buddy about my disappointment yesterday, and he reminded me that a hobby is for fun and it shouldn't be a source of stress. That's true for the most part - it can still be stressful to get your doors blown off by HurriCrane or Ca$h. lol
The fall season is tough for me, so I may just compete in the spring and summer next year - unless I can get an easy-to-maintain fleet built up.
Anyway, wishing all you guys luck this weekend. I'm taking my two boys to a Cub Scout Holiday camp, but if I can get service, I'll try to catch some of the race on my phone.

A couple more races and King Racing would win "Rookie of the year" for the most improved. If he gets any faster he will be a force to be recon'd with next year.

Thanks J&J!
It been a fun Rookie year for sure. Racing in two leagues has been very stressful at times. I would guess there are very few people if any that have logged the hours I have this year trying to find speed. I don't know how many cars that I have built and thrown in the trash that probably would have been fast today.
I got home from the race late Saturday night and started prepping for Utah Sunday.
