Agent Orange ran 2.94s, then in heat 25 it was all over the track and it ran a 3.0. What causes a car to do that? If he ran again would it have been back to the 2.94s or did something happen that would have effected the next race? (It was it's last race.)

Where do we start? It could have got jacked up in the stop section and the steer was off, it could have had some weights come loose, could have been pushed off the rail by the car next to it, maybe the staging was off, but I doubt it, could have picked up something on a wheel, maybe a rear axle was a little loose (from the stop section) and moved out giving the rear wheel more gap than it should have had? These are just some of the possibilities, I'm sure other guys can add some more.

I haven't had time to dissect Agent Orange but I was very disappointed in the last run. Thought I had the 6 run record in sight.
The weight pocket tape was really messed up and torn when the car returned. Being Proxy, I have no way of knowing what happened to the car. I can confirm that it now wiggles on my track too. It was dead solid when I sent it in, so something is off.
The slow motion video does show that the car was running loose. Something that wasn't evident in the live video.

OK, so it was something physically wrong with the car. I was shocked that it could run so good, then out of no where slow down like that. I'm new to this, my one car, Backasswards ran like that every time in July only not as fast. I worked on it and got it faster, but have decided that it can't be a fast car due to the wheelbase being forward.
