I actually had the exact model Shade posted.

That bat rastard posted his photographs of his car first!!
I did not want to copy! so instead I had more fun with my car. I built my Shade clone, then I put and M80 inside of it lit and rolled it down the driveway til it...

So, other than the possible use of explosives, what should we do for rules?
Most cars of this type seem to be 6 ounces. Perhaps a fairly open choice of 1/24 or 1/25 model car kit bodies. I suggest no drilling, cutting, mangling, or melting. Use windshields. Our usual 2 gram wheel and axle rules.

I think we have enough interest in Door Slammer division to go ahead with it.
Here is what I'm thinking 1/25 kits 2.0 gram wheels, May race any GM car build prior to 1973, July race any Ford/Mercury car build prior to 1973, and the September race will be any Mopar car build prior to 1973, then for the finals we will race them all against each other.
